We are looking to inspire the next generation , connecting with our students, staff and visitors through our service offering. At the University of Birmingham, this is an exciting time with the creation and launch of the Food Fellows Brand which is transforming the provision of Food and Beverage to University students, staff and visitors alike. The Food Fellows name was developed to align with the University’s ambitions and to provide a link between the food and beverage operations.
Our Purpose Food Fellows is the overarching ethos that defines and drives all food and beverage concepts, operations and delivery across the University of Birmingham. We love food, it’s our passion and our craft. We believe that great food experiences can only come from a great team.

Authentic To be authentic is to be original, genuine and honest. The food experience at the University of Birmingham echoes these values through the dining concepts, menu composition and food delivery across campus. Our offering is a mixture of in-house and partnerships, between local and national suppliers.
Sustainable We are passionate about saving the planet one meal at a time, with local good quality food. We will utilise latest technology applications to measure and monitor food waste and deliver farm-to- fork provenance through online platforms. We work with our partners to develop local supply chains.

Our Retail Offering
We look to enhance our retail offering, creating multifaceted student space via a collection of independent retail stores, services and favourite brands. We are committed to ensuring we deliver a commercial, modern food and retail offering working with in-house brands and external partners to ensure our campus connects and inspires people.
