and showcases the deep local roots and professionalism of our professionals.” This is the third year in a row that Scott has been recog- nized as an NAI Global Overall Top Producer. He was also recognized as the top overall producer in 2014 and earned second place in 2015. With over 3.5 million s/f of sale and lease transactions completed in 2016, some of Scott’s most noteworthy trans- actions include: • A 577,200 s/f lease to B & H Photo at a newly construct- ed distribution center at 400 Cedar Lane in Florence, NJ. Scott represented the building owner, First Industrial Realty Trust. • The sale of 500 Cedar Lane, a 203,877 s/f building in Flor- ence, NJ. Scott represented both the owner, 500 Cedar Lane LLC, and the buyer, Valumax International. • The sale of 825 Hylton Road, a 198,990 s/f industrial building in Pennsauken, NJ. Scott represented the buyer, M & D Kinsmen, LLC. • The sale of 7 Esterbrook Lane, a 187,000 s/f industrial building in Cherry Hill Busi- ness Park, Cherry Hill, NJ ,to Stoncor Group, Inc. Scott had placed Stoncor as a tenant at the property in 2015, leasing 121,790 s/f. • The sale of 301 Grove Road, a 124,472 s/f industrial build- ing in West Deptford, NJ. The seller was IPAK Real Estate, LLC. Scott was the sole broker in the transaction. In other NAI Mertz news, the sale of Lakeside Professional Campus, a 45,000 s/f profes- sional office building located at 190 North Evergreen Ave. in Woodbury. The NAI Mertz team of Rebecca Ting, SIOR and Julie Kronfeld, SIOR represented the seller in this transaction. The buyer, First National Realty Partners LLC , will continue to retain NAI Mertz as the leasing agent for the complex. “Serving as the exclusive broker for this property for the past five years, we are ex- tremely knowledgeable about the units and building ameni- ties, surrounding area and the tenants, which greatly helped us attract the right buyer,” said Ting.
