Jacquelyn Leonard of KW Commercial, The Daniel Perich Group represented the buyer and Anna Iturrey of Win Realty represented the seller. Mamma Maria’s Pizzeria is a casual eatery serving pizza, pasta, heroes and clas- sic Italian entrees in a low-key atmosphere. The restaurant offers eat-in and take-out.
