Scott Lewis, a broker with the MS Fox Real Estate Group represents owner PernaFrederick brokers three lease agreements for 8,910 s/f with an aggregate value of over $1.4m

HILADELPHIA, PA —Dr. Rajan S. Gupta, M.D., an internation- ally known interventional pain physician, will open an office of the Gupta Institute for Pain at 1420 Walnut St. here under one of three lease agreements negotiated by PernaFrederick Commercial Real Estate. The brokerage team of Joe Viturello and Mike Ander- son at PernaFrederick brokered the agreements for 8,910 s/f at 1420 and 1500 Walnut St. and 230 South Broad St. The leases have a combined aggregate rental exceeding $1.41 million. According to Viturello, the Gupta Institute for Pain is headquatered in Cherry Hill, NJ, and specializes in providing a narcotics free solution to pain. The lease for some 720 s/f at 1420 Walnut commences June 1st of this year and will offer patients an easily accessible Center City location for wellness and rehabiliation services. More than 900 guests were in attendance to recognize 40 friends, volunteers and community leaders who make Child Advocates work with children possible. “This is a prestigious award,” said managing partner Jonathan Spergel . “It is an appropriate recognition of the significant contributions that Carol has made to the Support Center as a volunteer attorney since 2004. This is just one of many reasons I am proud to call Carol my partner.” The Support Center for Child Advocates is celebrating its 40 years as a leading pro bono legal and social services agency advocating for abused and ne- glected children. n

In the other space con- tracts, Viturello and Ander- son were the sole agents who represented Freiwald Law, P.C., in the renewal of an agreement for 6,143 s/f on the 18th floor of 1500 Wal- nut. That agreement with 1500 Walnut Enterprises, LLC, the building owner, will continue the presence of Freiwald Law at 1500 Walnut to the later years of this decade. n
