Value Companies wins big at NJAA’s 9th annual Maintenance Mania competition
finishes in four categories, including 3rd Place Overall in the National Championship Qualifying program. Hintzen’s impressive showing makes him a top finisher in the overall competition for several years running. He was joined by Value Com- panies’ Kamil Wrobel (6th Overall) of Arlington Park in North Arlington and Edwin Olivero (9th Overall) of Sut- ton Hill Apartments as top 10 finishers for the National Championship. Held yearly in March, Main- tenance Mania is a competition between maintenance profes- sionals from some of the most well-known national apart- ment owners and managers in various skill-based table games centered on common maintenance activities. “This will be Craig’s fourth time representing New Jer- sey and the Northeast at the National Maintenance Mania competition, a testament to his dedication to resident service and desire to expand his knowledge and technique by keeping up with the latest maintenance methods,” said Jack Linefsky , vice president of property management for Value Companies. “We’re extremely proud of how all our entrants represent- ed Value Companies.
