Accounting Updates FROM VISION TO VANTAGEPOINT In Q4, BKF successfully migrated from Deltek Vision to Deltek Vantagepoint, marking a major upgrade to our ERP system. The transition introduced a more modern, intuitive interface designed to improve usability across time and expense entry, dashboards, reporting, and project visibility.
Following a planned system upgrade period, Vantagepoint went live firmwide with teams transitioning seamlessly using existing login credentials. To support adoption, BKF provided live training sessions and early-access learning resources. While some legacy reports from Vision required rebuilding, guidance and tools were made available to support continuity and long-term efficiency in financial workflows.
IT Updates
▪ Laptop Updates: Laptops are rolling out and being assigned as quickly as possible. Reminder we are trying to get SJ upgraded prior to the office move in April. ▪ Docking Stations: This device will connect to your monitors, keyboard, mouse, and other peripherals through a single USB-C cable to your laptop. This also provides power to your laptop! ▪ Thinking inside of the Box: Data synchronization is in process, we are preparing for a go live date in February. San Jose will be the first to be migrated. ▪ Mimecast: Microsoft SSO has been enabled for Mimecast. Going forward, you will sign in via Microsoft.
