Mrs. Margaret’s Cornbread Salad INGREDIENTS: • Cornbread • 2 bunches of green onions • Small can of mexicorn corn or whole kernel corn – drained
• 2 tomatoes – Cut into chunks • 1 bell pepper • Mayo to taste • Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation: Bake cornbread. Break into chunks. Add green onions, corn, tomatoes, bell pepper, Mayo, salt and pepper into bowl. Mix together, chill and serve.
