Lift & Sculpt Work lower body muscles with strength and conditioning exercises. Use dumbbells, bands and body weight to improve lower body strength and function. Mobility & Strength Boost your energy and confidence in a supportive class designed to build functional strength for daily activities Parent Power Play Sculpt, tone & stretch in a full body workout class. Class will provide carrier-friendly options. Pilates, Pilates Plus Improve flexibility, strength, endurance, along with concentration, breathing, and overall core strength, with a precise system of exercises. Pilates Plus adds weights and strength training. Postpartum Stretch & Sculpt Follow guided exercises that aid postpartum healing and regaining strength. Step & Strength Full body strength and conditioning class that is aerobic step based. Strength Training Focus on resistance training using dumbbells, resistance bands and bodyweight exercises. Designed for full body improvements to muscular strength, endurance and overall functional fitness. Strength & Stretch Build endurance and maintain bone mass, class ends with stretching and relaxation. 50+ sessions feature modifications for greater accessibility. Childminding (1 month - 5 years) Participate in on-site programs while your little ones have a blast in our bright and welcoming play space. This childminding service offers a safe, caring, and supervised environment where children can explore, play, socialize, and enjoy fun, age-appropriate activities. Cardio Workout Enjoy a stimulating cardio class of high or low interval training. Workout (50+) offers a low impact option.
