Zumba Toning incorporates lightweights. Zumba Gold is a good pace for Boost mindfulness, balance and flexibility with the support of a chair. Experience Yoga 50+, with modified options. All levels and abilities are welcome. Flow Yoga Flow through continuous poses with dynamic, rhythmic, and fluid movements. Gentle Yoga & Meditation Move through gentle, easy-on-your-body, yoga poses, followed by a guided meditation. Hatha & Yin Yoga Build strength and balance through slower, controlled and meditative movements Iyengar Yoga All Levels, Iyengar Yoga Intro Develop strength and flexibility. Intro is for those with no experience in iyengar yoga, beginner for those who have taken the introduction course or practiced elsewhere, intermediate those that have completed the beginner class and comfortable with all poses. Power Yoga Flow through classic Hatha yoga poses for a physical challenge that promotes body, mind, and breath awareness. Please bring a yoga mat Vinyasa Yoga Connect movement and breath in Vinyasa Yoga for a practice that builds strength, balance, and inner peace.
