Helmets are strongly recommended for all skate sessions. n Registration is available for limited-capacity drop-in sessions 72 hours in advance for New Westminster residents and 48 hours in advance for everyone. Admission fees or ActivePASS apply, see page 2. Withdrawal is available online, in-person or by phone up to 3 hours in advance.

Figure Skating (All Ages) Practice figure skating on open ice. Please refrain from double or triple toe jumps. No personal music will be permitted. Registration is required. Youth Skate (11 - 18 years) Gather with friends for games, prizes, live music by the Youth DJ’s, Registering ahead of time is welcome but not necessary. $2.00 admission includes skate rentals. This event is run by Youth Services, please call 604-515-3801 for more information. Cash only at the door.

Public Skate (All ages) Enjoy skating with friends and family of all ages. Staff are on site to assist with skating aids as well as give tips to new skaters. Extra activities will be at the discretion of staff. Hockey sticks and figure skating are not permitted at this session. Family Skate (All Ages) Solely for family fun! Arena staff ensure families have a great time with free skating and organized games. An adult must accompany all children during the session. Hockey sticks and figure skating are not permitted at this session. Adult Skate (18+ years) Add skating to your fitness schedule. Enjoy lap skating with friends. Hockey sticks and figure skating are not permitted during this session. Stick, Puck & Ring - Children (6 - 12 years), Youth (13 - 18 years) Staff monitored. Must bring own stick and puck, or ring. Under 19 years require CSA approved helmet with facecage, 19+ must have a CSA approved helmet. No goalies, scrimmages or slap shots. 7 years and under must have a guardian on the ice. Guardians are welcome to participate with their child at the Children and Youth sessions, but not required. Registration is recommended. 50+ Skate Come out and get some exercise while enjoying time on the ice. Lap skating only. Hockey sticks and figure skating are not permitted at this session.
