Dental Properties, LLC expands into Southern New Jersey Vantage RES brokers dental office in Voorhees, NJ
OORHEES, NJ — Vantage Real Estate Services (Vantage RES) announced that Dental Properties, LLC, a general dentistry practice owned by Dr. Reza Assad, has purchased a property in Voorhees, NJ. This new location, the com- pany’s first in New Jersey, is located at the Pavilions at Voorhees, 2301 Evesham Rd., Units 202 & 203. The office is situated along a major com- mercial/retail thoroughfare, just minutes from I-295, the NJ Tpke, and Rtes. 70 and 73. Other tenants in the Pavilions V
of Voorhees include Women’s Health Associates, Regional Sleep Center, Anu Day Spa, and Advanced Gastrointesti- nal Specialists. Dr. Assad and his staff will provide a full host of dental services. From preventative dentistry to root canals and ev- erything in between. His office will offer extended morning, evening, and weekend hours to accommodate busy sched- ules.
