F ounded in 2019 by yoga therapist Jessica McCarty, Prodigy Life is a Christ-centered lifestyle and wellness center in Texarkana dedicated to mind, body, and spiritual well-being. McCarty, a member of the Christian Yoga Association and Lead Trainer for YogaFaith, is a leader in the Christian Wellness Movement, guiding individuals toward healing using meditation, mindfulness, and movement. Prodigy Life offers a wide range of wellness experiences, including Yoga, Barre, Yogalates, Sound Therapy, and Assisted Stretching as well as Life Coaching and private yoga therapy sessions for trauma, chronic pain, and mental health support. The center also features the SOCAL yoga wall to enhance stretching and alignment for participants of all bodies and experience levels, along with a unique 6-point Halo IR Sauna—the only commercial sauna within a 120-mile radius—offering detoxification, collagen rejuvenation,
aromatherapy, chromotherapy, sound therapy, and salt therapy.
More than a studio, Prodigy Life fosters community, mindfulness, and holistic health, welcoming all while maintaining a Christ-centered environment for prayer, worship, and meditation.
