READING, PA – T he Greater Reading Chamber Alliance (GRCA) recognized 22 Building Berks Award winners. The biannual event, which celebrates construction projects that have added to the economic vitality, transforma- tion and growth of the Greater Reading community, was held at the GoggleWorks Center for the Arts. Guests enjoyed appetizers, signature cocktails and an expo featuring sponsor businesses and nominated projects on the main floor. Later, attendees moved to the second floor where awards were presented to the winners. She handles a wide range of mat- ters for the real estate industry, including commercial transac- tions, leasing, joint ventures, commercial condominium for- mations and governance, and land development applications. Dee also represents clients in the beer, wine, and spirits in- dustries on a variety of issues, including corporate formation, financing, licensing leasing, acquisitions, and intellectual
property law. She graduated from the Washington and Lee University School of Law in 2007 and from Pennsylvania State University in 2004. “We are absolutely thrilled to welcome Dee Kelley to Stark & Stark’s Management Team,” said Michael G. In his current role, Notar- francesco provides analytical market research and is learning the retail sector of commercial real estate. He is actively work- ing toward obtaining his real estate license, expected by the end of 2025. Known for being grounded, hardworking, and eager to grow, Notarfrancesco approaches each opportunity with integrity and a strong sense of purpose. MAREJ A decorated, retired U.S. Army Reserve Colonel, Dinan has 30 years of construction management experience and has led GREYHAWK’s involve- ment on over $300 million of new construction, renovation, and improvement projects. Marth has 35 years of con - struction consulting experience and has led claims analyses on over $3 billion in construction projects. In addition to direct - ing GREYHAWK’s consulting practice, he also serves as a testifying expert. Both Dinan and Marth were promoted to director in early 2025.
