Leaders express gratitude to bring out the best in people.

CURIOSITY Curiosity is wanting to discover and learn new things. It involves exploring and asking a lot of questions. Being curious helps you identify your interests. Curiosity also connects you to other people. As you take on new challenges, curiosity helps you figure things out.

Emotional intelligence is being aware of feelings. It involves recognizing your emotions and those of people around you. Noticing the facial expressions and body language of others helps you understand how they feel, allowing you to become a better listener and friend. Managing emotions is important for building strong relationships and making thoughtful decisions. Leaders use emotional intelligence to ensure people feel seen and heard.

Why is it important to be honest?

HONESTY Honesty is being truthful with yourself and others. It is about being fair and showing respect. Being honest helps you build trust.
