well as living wellbeing practices as a community, we can achieve this goal. “We want our boys to leave school with the emotional and interpersonal skills that enable them to look after themselves, relate well to others and not let internal experiences prevent them from being the best versions

of themselves, so they can move towards living their values and thrive in all aspects of life.” After 22 years in education, and now in her eighth year at Christ’s College, Caroline is a professional who has studied Positive Psychology independently for many years, qualifying recently with the Diploma in Positive

Psychology and Wellbeing. “I want to make a difference in this space, as well as positively influence our Christ’s College community towards a greater sense of personal and collective wellbeing, enabling us all to lead meaningful and fulfilling lives.”

“The goal must focus on ensuring our boys have the tools to experience joy in life while also having the resilience and grit to deal with the tough times.”
