A Montepulciano from the Abruzzo region, known for its soft tannins and ripe red fruit notes, makes a graceful match with hearty plates like the Burrata Fagottini or the Branzino con Di Salsa Broccoli . The wine’s subtle spice and smooth finish echo the earthy depth of truffle and the umami of slow-roasted seabass. Meanwhile, Chenin Blanc , a fresh, floral and lightly textured pour, brings a touch of brightness to delicate starters like the Insalata Alla Caprese 2.0 or a bowl of Seafood Bisque.
