M OROCCAN B LUE W ALL T extured walls – a subject she always photographed. Her career started in the darkroom, and she would often enhance her images by layering negatives together to create a final image, one that was not based on the reality of what was before her lens, but an image that came from her imagination. She had a favorite textured wall that she photographed on a trip to Guatemala. While no longer in an actual darkroom, she employed her computer as a digital darkroom where she was still able to create her layering techniques. She created hundreds of images layering the texture of Guatemala with images of locations all over the world. She liked to think of it as the melding of many cultures and how they complimented each other.
