Retail Operations A big congratulations to Megan Medina on her promotion to Lead Funder! 🎉 This well-earned advancement reflects Megan’s hard work, expertise, and dedication to supporting our retail operations team. We’re excited to see her continue to grow and lead in this new role. TPO Sales November wrapped up with the expected holiday slowdown, but the team showed strong execution by moving a high volume of loans in a shortened production window. TPO funded 224 units totaling $88.0M, and AHL funded just over $120M overall, lower than October, but a clear reminder of what’s possible when our teams rally and push through. As we head into December, staying aggressive early in the month will be key, especially with limited vendor availability around the holidays. Let’s keep the conversations going, spread some holiday cheer, and sprint through the finish line to close out the year strong.
