TPO Operations The TPO Operations team is pleased to announce the following promotions: Lindsay Costley from Account Manager Lead to Fulfillment Manager; Devan Cornelius from Jr. Account Manager to Account Manager, and Rachel Gregg from Post Closing Specialist to Post Closing Team Lead. These team members are the epitome of our Culture, and their work ethic and contributions have been instrumental in our success. With the promotion of Lindsay to Fulfillment Manager, the TPO Ops Account Management teams have been realigned ensuring that every AE has a primary Account Manager and a team to support our AE’s and our brokers. Meetings have been held with the Sales Managers and group meetings with our Account Executives and their Account Manager team so that everyone had the opportunity to meet each other face to face. Congratulations to Lindsay, Devan and Rachel on well-deserved promotions! Our Post Closing team continues to just hit the ball out of the park! This team manages all of the third-party review, which includes uploads, analyzing results, working any conditions/exceptions for acceptable securitization grades; assignments; trailing documents; collateral- which is a huge endeavor. They also handle all of our loan sales which, while it sounds pretty easy, is very labor intensive. This includes creating data tapes; shipping collateral from our custodian; uploading loan files; working with our Third-Party Review firm for securitization reports and Reliance Letters, etc. Some investors have special requirements like Bailee Letters. The team works really closely with Capital Markets to make sure timelines are met so the loans may be sold by the committed date. With the growth of our Retail Division, the team works substantially more RTL loans, which have their own due diligence review process and are quite different than non-QM loans. Our average time to clear Due Diligence, as a whole, is less than 5 days which is amazing! This team is working hard, behind the scenes, to make sure our loans are able to be securitized and sold on time with no challenges. They also follow up for trailing documents and getting those documents to the proper investor. This ensures that AHL has cash flow to continue our growth!
