En début d’année, le Shangri- La Paris a célébré le Nouvel An Chinois au rythme de la traditionnelle Danse des Lions, marquant l’entrée dans l’Année du Cheval de Feu, symbole de vitalité et de renouveau. Les festivités se sont prolongées avec un brunch d’exception sous la coupole de verre de La Bauhinia, où le Chef Exécutif Simon Havage a proposé une expérience culinaire raffinée aux saveurs asiatiques, ponctuée de nouvelles représentations de la Danse des Lions. At the start of the year, the Shangri-La Paris celebrated Chinese New Year with a traditional Lion Dance, marking the start of the Year of the Fire Horse, a symbol of vitality and renewal. The festivities continued with an exceptional brunch beneath the glass dome of La Bauhinia, where Executive Chef Simon Havage presented a refined culinary experience featuring Asian flavours, punctuated by further performances of the Lion Dance. Tradition, elegance and the art of hospitality came together to make this start to the year an unforgettable occasion.
