Leadership Strategic Assessment of Options
The following matrix evaluates the four reorganization options against the district's strategic priorities. The data reflects the consensus of the Senior Leadership Team (Elementary Principal and Central Office), who consistently ranked Option 5, v2 as the top choice across all categories for both the short-term (1 Year) and long-term (5 Year) outlooks. The rankings below are based on the Average Ranking score and the Number of Top Choices provided in the survey results (where a lower number indicates a higher preference, e.g., 1.0 is a unanimous first choice, 4.0 is a unanimous bottom choice).
There is also a discussion of open-ended responses regarding how the Senior Leadership Team considered the strategic alignment of each option in both the short-term and long-term outlooks.
