Established in 1876, the historic G.H. Bass offers a timeless assortment of men’s and women’s footwear, apparel, and accessories. The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board will open a new 6,000 s/f Fine Wine & Good Spirits store at the Shoppes. The Commonwealth-controlled liquor store will be the newest and greatest in the Northeast- ern Pennsylvania marketplace. The store will be a one stop shop for all of the finest wines and spirits from around the world. The opening is slated for fall. Moosic is growing, Shoppes at Montage is the pre- mier place to shop, and we at U.S. Properties Group invest in Breslin Realty an- nounces long-term lease signing WANTAGH, NY — Breslin Realty announced the recent long term lease signing with Stewart’s Restaurant at Wil- low Wood Shoppes in Want- agh, NY. Stewart’s will occupy 3,000 s/f in the shopping center, in the space formerly occupied by Spasso’s Restaurant. Stewart’s Restaurants are classic 1950s style fast-food restaurants with stores across the north-eastern United States. This brand newWant- agh location will be their first on Long Island. The transaction was ar- ranged and negotiated for the landlord by Robert Delavale of the Breslin organization.
