Dear Friends and Colleagues: Each year USGBC NJ recognizes and presents Gala Awards to companies and individuals who have demonstrated outstanding achievement in green building and sustainability. The winners of this year’s distinguished awards will be recognized at our 14thAnnual Awards Gala on Wednesday, October 19, 2016. The deadline for submission is July 15, 2016. This signature networking event not only provides a premier networking opportunity for like-minded business professionals, but also serves as our foundational fundraising opportunity to support philanthropic projects in the realm of green schools, education for underserved communities, and employment opportunities in sustainable industries for veterans and the unemployed. The highlight of the evening is to honor the winners who are selected by a jury of their peers. We are extremely proud to be casting a spotlight on a new group of innovative projects each year and to recognize the commitment that NJ makes to Green Buildings and Communities which directly impacts our collective economic development.
