NOTICE OF NONDISCRIMINATORY POLICY AS TO STUDENTS Students of any race, color, sex, national origin, and ethnic origin are admitted to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at Word of Life. While Word of Life does not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, color, nationality, or ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admission policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs, as a religious institution, Word of Life reserves the right to deny admission or to terminate the enrollment of persons whose lifestyle, words, actions, or otherwise do not align with the Word of Life statement of faith, code of conduct, or other policies of this organization. INTERNATIONAL STUDENT ADMISSIONS 1. Complete and return the application, autobiography and two reference forms. We cannot issue an acceptance letter without this information. 2. Applicants must be high school graduates or have passed a recognized high school equivalency test approved by their government or have met the requirements of their province, state, or country regarding high school completion. 3. Applicants must be able to read, write and communicate in English. If English is not their first language, they must pass the TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) with a 61 or better on the internet- based test. 4. Submit high school and any postsecondary transcripts. The Bible Institute may request a certified translation of such transcripts. Fees for this translation will be the responsibility of the applicant. 5. Students must obtain a passport or verify that their existing passport may remain valid six months past their intended period of study. The applicant must pay for and obtain all relevant visas and/or permits to study in Uganda.

FINANCIAL INFORMATION

The Uganda teaching site bases all charges on an eleven-month school year consisting of two academic semesters and a Ministry Practicum. All prices are subject to change without notice. Please email us at wolabi@woluganda.org for updated costs. Note that prices are in U.S. dollars.
