Newly Merged Converters Unveil Name Change Following the recent merger between UK flexible packaging manufacturers Mercury Packaging and CPS Flexibles, the companies have announced a name change to Fusion Flexibles Limited with imme- diate effect. The merged company, which continues to operate from two manufacturing facilities, allegedly records an annual turnover of £16million and a forecasted growth of 25 percent over three years. Fusion Flexibles offers a range of production equip- ment, including an eight-color Uteco Onyx flexo- graphic gearless printing press and an Uteco Eclipse solventless digital laminator. It also has a variety of converting, slitting and rewinding equipment. FTA Announces Forum 2018 Theme, Sessions Flexographic Technical Association (FTA) announced Bringing It All Together: Synchronizing Processes, People and Potential as the official theme of its 2018 annual forum. More than 2,000 professionals from every segment of the supply chain are expected to attend the May 6-9 event, held at the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown in Indianapolis, Indiana.
