Richard Kenny, MAI, MBA, Executive
Doug Kenny, MAI brings over a decade of specialized real estate appraisal experience. A graduate of the Georgia of Technology, Doug distinguished himself early by becoming one of the youngest professionals to earn the MAI designation from the appraisal institute. Doug brings his engineering expertise to real estate by integrating advanced statistical analysis into each appraisal report.
Richard Kenny, MBA, has over eight years of expertise in appraising commercial, residential, and special-use properties. A proud graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, Richard served as an Active-Duty Air Force Officer, achieving the rank of Captain. He specialized in the negotiation and administration of government contracts. Following his active-duty service, Richard joined the Air Force Reserves, quickly rising to the rank of Major, while beginning his career as a real estate appraiser.
