The next event on the program was a scrumptous turkey dinner with all the trimmings. Decorated in autumn apparel, the gym became our fes­ tive banquet hall. Music was provided by Yashito Kato, Bert Britt, and the WOL Col­ legians. The delightful day ended with an evening performance of “Ring the Bells.” This climaxed a time of devotion and thanksgiving to our Heavenly Father. Thanksgiving Fiesta An exciting fall quarter finished with one of the most meaningful events of the year - Thanksgiv­ ing Day. The day started off at a fast pace with the girls’Gobbler’s Gallop and the boys’Turkey Trot. Then on to the football field where players dis­ played chilling action and great teamwork in both the Powderpuff game amd the Turkey Bowl. In the girls’ game, the “Israelites” came out on top while, despite a valiant effort by the staff and married students in the Turkey Bowl, the WOLBI guys prevailed and snatched the victory.
