“I had a dream last night. . With these words we often began class to introduce a moment of comic relief before the rigors of academic study. However, with the completion of the school year I say in all seriousness, “I have a dream!”It is the glorious thought of over 350 young people heading out to serve the Lord! Iam aware of the nightmare my dream could become. The world , the fleshf and the devil form an unholy alliance bent on the destruction of our Chritian effectiveness. The only remedy is a steady diet of the meat of the word. This is begun in the daily Quiet Time , continued in personal Bible study and enriched through the local Bible teaching church. My warning: “Wherefore let him that thinks he stand take heed lest he fall.”My desire: “Give diligence to those things which become sound doctrine.”My encouragement: “He is no fool who gives what he cannot keep to gain that which he cannot lose.”
