Junior Lifeguard Club Rookie lifeguards will enjoy an action-packed program that will prepare them to become certified lifeguards and instructors. Participants will have the opportunity to work alongside qualified instructors and practice Lifesaving Skills and Swimming Fundamentals. * Suitable for swimmers who have completed Swimmer 3. Lifesaving Sport Learn the only sport whose skills are first learned for humanitarian purposes. Covers water safety knowledge and fitness while teaching specific skills and techniques for sport competition.
