Rob was a celebrated aerobatic pilot with a career that spanned over two decades. Born in Norwood, Massachusetts, Rob’s passion for flying began as a child. He went on to earn a BS in Aviation Management and Aviation Flight Operations from Daniel Webster College in 1997. Over his career, Rob accumulated more than 15,000 flight hours and flew over 180 different types of aircraft. He founded his own flight academy, Aerial Advantage Aviation, and in 2002, he began competing in airshows across the country. He became known for his innovative and creative flying style, and his exceptional

talent led to numerous accolades, including: • 13x Consecutive U.S. National Champion (Unlimited) • 14x U.S. National Freestyle Champion • 6x World Freestyle Champion • Awarded more than 38 National and International Medals • Honorary Blue Angel (2019) • Honorary Canadian Snowbird Rob was a mentor to many and his legacy is one of unparalleled achievement, boundless generosity, and a profound love for the art of flight.
