Part of our learning process at Word of Life was the discipline of a job assignment. At first many of us could have received a note from the Dean of Students some thing like this one by Paul to the Thessalonians: " . . . if anyone will not work, neither let him eat. For we hear that some among you are leading an undisciplined life, doing no work at all, but acting like busybodies. Now j j such persons we command and exhort in the Lord Jesus Christ to work in quiet fashion and eat their own bread. " But we learned—and we worked. Mopping floors or babysitting, we found how to "do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks through Him to God the Father. "
