First Baptist Church Rev. David Matier, Schylerville, NY
The ministry in Schylerville, N.Y., is headed by Pastor Dave Matier of the First Baptist Church of Schylerville, with help from Associ ate Pastor Bob Marhas. The people on this ministry ore kept busy, always going door- to-door witnessing and seeing God work mightly. There are ten activities os well as many other ways to serve the people of the church, such as giving glory to God through testimony and song, and working in Sunday School classes ond nurseries. We would oil like to thank the Lord for giving us the opportunity to serve Him while being able to grow closer to Him and learn so much about Him and ourselves and whot we, os His children, ore colled to do.

Each Saturday morning during the fall quarter, eight students left WOLBI for the village of Gal way, N.Y., the location of their weekend ministry. The group spent each Saturday afternoon door-to- door witnessing and inviting people to visit the Bible Baptist Church, postored by the Rev. Wayne Brondow. On Sundays, the students hod the op portunity to help teach Sunday School classes. The group has seen signs of growth in the church during the year and is excited and thankful that God colled could use them in this way at Galway!
