Word of Life Bible Institute Yearbook 1977

Spring brought a new kind of weekend ministry. After class on Friday, we packed into buses that jostled us to churches near and far. We gave concerts, shared our faith door to door, taught Sunday School, and even broke bricks to the glory of God. We soon got fat on sack lunches and learned what to do when the buses broke down for hours. Our rough and ready men learned how to make themselves at home on church pews for the night and wake up in the morning thoroughly refreshed and smelling . . . . great? More than all this, weekends were special times of meeting new brothers and sisters, reminiscing and praying with the WOLBI gang, and seeing people find new life in our Lord Jesus Christ.
