Portable Three-Phase Voltage Source for Field Meter Testing The TESCO 3PVS Three-Phase Voltage Synthesizer provides a portable, programmable voltage source for meter testing when utility power is unavailable. In field metering environments, testing can be limited when sites are de-energized or utility voltage is not available.
