Terms & Conditions Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder and becomes the responsibility of the purchaser as soon as sold. The auctioneer will settle any disputes from the auction block. The cattle sell under the terms and conditions as recommended by the American Hereford Association. Internet Bidding Online bidding will take place at DVAuction. com. Please register ahead of the sale start time. Guarantee Bulls are fully guaranteed for one breeding season. Should a bull prove not to breed cows or become injured the bull may be returned and a satisfactory replacement will be provided (if available) or a credit on a future sale will be granted. In the event of an injury during the breeding season, please contact Tyler or Cody Kester before selling the bull for salvage. Any deviations from the above statement will be worked out between the buyer and Kester Herefords. Delivery Free delivery on bulls within 300 miles of Clearwater, Ne.
