The first bidder on a bull submits the opening bid as listed, other bidders need to raise the bid in set increments. You must have placed a bid by 4 pm on Sunday, February 15th to be part of the bid off process. You only need to place a bid on one lot (obviously if you are looking to buy multiple bulls you can place bids on as many lots as you would like) to be part of the bidding process, if you get out bid on your first selection you can switch to another lot. Bids will increase in increments of $250. If you do not fully understand the bid-off process, please reach out with questions. PRIVATE TREATY: Private Treaty will start Monday February 16th, the bulls that were NOT sold through the bid-off will be sold first come first serve. All bulls listed will have an associated asking price immediately available upon request (Note: prices may be different from that of the bid off). Upon the agreement of purchase, we ask for ½ down minimum payment with the final payment due at time of delivery/ pickup. TERMS & CONDITIONS: All cattle sell according to the suggested terms & conditions of the Red Angus Association of America. SOUNDNESS AND SEMEN INTEREST: All the bulls in the sale offering will be semen tested and will be guaranteed sound breeders prior to delivery. We will be retaining one third semen interest on all the bulls in the sale for in herd use. HOUSING/FEEDING: We will continue to house the bulls at no additional charge until May 1st. After May 1st the bulls will be available for pickup or will be delivered at that time. After May 21st, there will be a feeding charge applied. March-April delivery/pick up may be arranged if desired. PRICING/PAYMENT: All bulls listed have an associated asking price immediately available upon request. INSURANCE: Upon the conclusion of sale agreement, the bulls will be property of the buyer, we highly recommend buyers purchase insurance, because we do our best, but we all know things do happen. If you need a recommendation for an insurance provider, just let us know and we would be happy to assist you. DELIVERY: We will provide free delivery up to 200 miles, beyond 200 miles we will make arrangements with buyer, at least possible cost to the buyer, to get all bulls delivered to wherever they need to go. Welcome Jung Cattle Company would like to Welcome and Thank you for taking the time to view our 8th Annual Private Treaty Bull Sale offering. After a successful Open House/Bid Off last year (despite the weather) and positive feedback, we have decided to keep the Open House/Bid Off as a component to our Private Treaty Sales moving forward. Open House this year will be February 14th & 15th. Last bull sale season we mentioned how 2025 had the potential to be another record breaker in the cattle business and boy it sure didn’t disappoint! Our excitement and appreciation for the cattle business grew even more (if a person can imagine possible), as we were able to introduce the next generation to the cattle business, with Maverick’s arrival June 17th. This year’s bull calves were weaned October 11th and have continued to develop on a Dakotaland Feeds TMR ration formulated by Shelby. When deciding which bulls will make the final bull pen, we emphasize the total package. We select bulls that will put weight on your calves and produce females you’ll want to retain. We consider both phenotype and EPDs. The JCC offering includes SimAngus, Black Angus, Red Angus and Red SimAngus bulls. Accompanied by C&S Cattle with their high quality Red Angus bulls. Bulls are available for viewing and bidding February 1st through February 15that 4pm. Bulls that are not sold on the bid off will be sold private treaty first come first serve. Thank you to the family and friends that have stepped in this last year from working cattle to watching Maverick, every little bit of help has been greatly appreciated.
