Edelgrabiel Quinones, hired into MassMutual’s Cybersecurity Rotational Program, commented, “Getting into cybersecurity has been a dream of mine, but determining how to gain the skills and opportunities to achieve that goal had been tough. When the opportunity to apply for the cybersecurity rotational program was shared by the Tech Foundry staff as I was completing the training program, I jumped at it. The fact that the MassMutual team would take a holistic view of my qualifications, and consider me as a Tech Foundry graduate, created the access I needed.”
