SALE DAY INFORMATION
SALE SETTLEMENT: All cattle shall be paid for the day of the sale, unless prior arrangements have been made. Terms are cash or checks made out to Weaver Ranch, Inc. All cattle become the responsibility of the buyer at time of purchase. DELIVERY AND FEED: Free delivery on bulls delivered in Colorado, Wyoming and other destinations within 300 miles of Weaver Ranch. $100.00 credit will be given on each bull if buyer hauls the bulls within 10 days of the sale. After 10 days, a $4.00/bull/day charge will be as- sessed for any bulls remaining until the date of pickup. GUARANTEE: All bulls with a PAP score of 45 or less are guaranteed against High Altitude Disease for one year. In addition, the bulls are guaranteed as breeders for one breeding season. This guarantee does not extend to physical injuries or subsequent disease which may occur during the breeding season or later. HEALTH: Health certificates will be provided as neces- sary for intra or interstate movement. Cattle meet the re- quirements for immediate movement within Colorado and the State of Wyoming. If additional testing is required for any other area, state or country, it is the responsibility of the buyer and has to be completed before shipment. The cost of any additional testing shall be paid by the buyer at the time of sale.
