Stocking
Stock is an essential part of our offering and service. We endeavour to hold all items in stock at all times. We understand the short lead times and demands that our clients require and so we make every effort to fulfil those requirements through generous stock holding by ourselves and the distributor.
Design
Bespoke Plating
Some of our products are assembled and Finished, here in the UK. We purchase high quality parts and then re colour some elements to create uniquely designed taps, handles and radiators. We use durable powder coating and PVD procedures along side fine detailed electroplating processes to create these beautiful Vibrant coloured finishes.
Design is probably the most important part of completing any kitchen concept. At The Tap Factory we not only source great products but we
work hard to create unique products with our partner
factories to ensure you can have cutting edge designs with a splash of colour .

Our Guarantee
Our guarantee covers all of our products and covers any defects relating to manufacture. Warranty is product specific and ranges from 1 - 10 years It is important that you do not clean products with solvent based cleaners as this could attack the fabric of the products. Our guarantee is non transferable and does not cover damage incurred through misuse or erroneous installation . Special finishes: Vanto Black, Copper , Brass and Nickel plating carry a 1 year warranty on the finish and cartridges, 5 years on the structure. A complete copy of our guarantee can be obtained on request. The K2H2O water filter combined with our matt black instant boiling water tap set delivers instant boiling water as well as filtered cold drinking water. Our Vanto 4 in 1 tap is more efficient than the 3 in 1 hot water taps available, you can choose when you engage your K2H2O carbon filter at the flick of a switch. The Tap Factory instant hot water tank heats your water to a maximum of 98 degrees Celsius and can be adjusted down to 75 degrees Celsius if you wish.
