Furnishings include a bed, desk, chair, and wardrobe. Residents will have access to a community kitchen, laundry room, study areas, and lounges. All rooms have access to community restrooms. This economical option will be priced at around $500 per month, includes all utilities, and does not require a meal plan. • Contract Term: 9-month contract, by room • Units: Microstudio • Summer: Not available • Parking: The closest parking lot is S20 and requires the purchase of a CWU parking permit. SHORT-GETZ APARTMENTS Short-Getz Apartments are conveniently located on the southern end of CWU’s campus and close to downtown Ellensburg. These apartments are unfurnished, but kitchens have ranges and a refrigerator. • Contract Term: 9-month contract, by unit • Units: 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom • Summer: Available upon renewal • Parking: Included at no additional fee STUDENT VILLAGE APARTMENTS Student Village Apartments are located at the north side of CWU’s campus and close to Nicholson Pavilion, the sports complex, and The Village Coffee, Market, and Grill. These partially furnished apartments are carpeted and come with a twin XL bed, desk, desk chair, and dresser. The kitchens have ranges and a refrigerator. • Contract Term: 9-month contract, by bedroom • Units: Studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, and 3 bedroom • Summer: Available upon renewal • Parking: 4 lots available, included at no additional fee WAHLE APARTMENTS Wahle Apartments are located on the north side of CWU’s campus next to Brooks Library and Nicholson Pavilion.
