Ripped with muscularity, Ellingson Lakota 5320 is a well-balanced individual both in the flesh and on paper. He travels with athleticism and authority, which should translate to numerous years of productive breeding. His Pathfinder dam has recorded a production birth ratio of 4/99, a nursing ratio of 4/105, a yearling ratio of 2/103 and a 363-day calving interval. A maternal brother was a standout performer in the 2024 offering and is now working for Gary and Shane Siverson.
Lot 79 has been one of Stetson’s favorites in the offering since calfhood. He is well balanced, strong topped, wide muzzled and soft middled with distinctive Angus breed character. He is a joy to handle with a gentle disposition, a consistent attribute you will find in the Lakota sons. He offers explosive early growth, ranking in the top 10 percent for both weaning and yearling weight EPDs. He accompanies that with average mature size – a combination we find most applicable and useful to commercial ranches. His 2-year-old dam settled back to first-service A.I. for another Lakota calf this spring.

Here is an extra level-topped bull that stands down square and true. He is one of the most structurally flawless bulls of the sale. His natural shape and volume should find him many friends. He is the leading bull of the offering for the new functional longevity EPD. Utilize his quiet disposition to make docility improvements. His pedigree stacks together Lakota, Turn Key, Chaps, Bandwagon, Tradition, Traveler 8180 and Emulation 5522 into his immediate lineage.
