Ellingson Angus "Real-World Genetics" Bull & Female Sale [2/7/26]

The Hi-Range progeny are consistently good from the first to the last. You’ll appreciate their over- all balance, both phenotypically and genotypically, in areas relevant to the commercial cattle industry. The bull has proven his merit as a calving-ease sire, being utilized on large numbers of virgin heif- ers with success. His first daughters look to be some of the strongest we will calve this coming spring. Some of those are shared in this offering, including the lead-off heifer selling as Lot 356. His Pathfinder dam has become a marquee in our donor lineup. She is a dam of herdbulls and has just scratched the surface on what she has the

capability to contribute. There is a special offering of her daughters in the bred heifer division in this sale. Hi-Range is owned with Ham- ilton Farms and MWC Investments.

This blue-ribbon Hi-Range son is as good phenotypically as there is in this sale. Ellingson Hi Range 5011’s stunning profile presence will capture one’s eye from a whole pen away. He carries himself in a distinguished, proud manner on the move, which is a testament to his structural integrity. Lot 169 excels in a wide array of profit-driving traits – from all things maternal on down to marbling and tenderness. His flushmate sisters rank as some of the best in the replacement pen, showcasing many of the same attributes that have made him dominating. His dam needs no introduction. Her sons are featured in five different sire groups in this offering. A maternal brother, Ellingson Riverbank, was the high-selling Riverside son in last year’s sale. He sold to B&D Herefords and Angus, while other brothers are working for Simen- son Land and Cattle, A5 Cattle Company, Chad and Kane Stevenson, Little Timber Farms, Tony Borba and Brenden Laugsand.
