When we made the decision several years ago to make our cattle better on paper, this is the kind of combination I had in mind and have found out, they are not easy to make. This bull is the result of not settling for ordinary phenotype in order to make our cattle better genetically. This bull has been north of a 200 API and looking at him, you wouldn’t expect it. His neck sets high in his shoulder, he can walk around the pen with his head up, not in the dirt. He’s fluid and flexible in his structure, his top stays level when he takes a long stride and moves around the pen with ease. He’s stout made and dimensional and does all this combining a breed leading cow family and a bullet proof EPD profile. He’s too closely related to our herd to utilize him as much as we would like, but he is definitely breeder quality through and through. Help yourself here!
