Make finding someone a top priority in your life. One of the biggest mistakes we made the day we met the Otter Slide, was setting off down the river without anyone to help us. Fortunately, Sandy came along before we hit the longer, more difficult stretch of rapids, but you can learn from our mistake and find someone early on who can give you advice for all the “rapids” you will experience in life. It just might make the difference between you staying in the raft or swimming for your life.
