MINNESOTA EXPERIENCE AND HERO ELEMENTARY

National Children’s Programming

Celebrating Minnesota History

For more than 30 years, TPT has produced original children’s programming for national audiences, and is at the forefront of educational programming and outreach. Always research-grounded, data-infused, and equity-based, this year’s national programming efforts included: SciGirls : TPT’s science show for ages 8-12 has inspired children and families to explore science since 2010. This year, the team released season six, SciGirls in Space , and the seventh and final season of the series, SciGirls in the National Parks , which explored citizen science. In partnership with national advisors, TPT also developed and implemented the Black SciGirls initiative, an anti- racist STEM education training and student-facing program.
