All award sponsorship opportunities are offered to 2021 sponsors for first refusal before being released to new sponsors. See page 13 for available awards. Everything included below is dependent on booking dates and deadlines, the earlier you book the more you will benefit.
● Full page advert and full page of text within the virtual awards menu during the evening ● Presentation of an award at the awards ceremony on 6 October ● Bottle of champagne presented to the award winner of your sponsored award ● Logo to appear on the photos from the photo booth which is available for all attendees during the evening Post event ● Acknowledgement as headline awards sponsor, with logo where appropriate, on all email communications post conference ● Accredited as headline awards sponsor in post-event awards supplement ● Further mention in the post-event awards supplement – to include photograph of the winner receiving the award from the sponsor ● Opportunity to congratulate the award winner and highly commended (if applicable) via email or post following the ceremony via CIPP
Pre event ● Acknowledgement as headline awards sponsor, with logo where appropriate, on all email communications prior to the conference ● Logo to appear on awards nomination platform and all awards marketing ● Logo and hyperlink from CIPP website ● Accredited as headline awards sponsor, with logo, in all editorial for the conference in Professional magazine (next publication date available following date of confirmation)
During event ● Profile on conference app with link to sponsor website ● Sponsor of the awards evening pre-drinks ● 2 pop up banners in the pre-drink area and awards room
● Premium table the awards ceremony, to include dinner and the opportunity to place gifts at the guests of your table (10 seats, seated at your table will be your two representatives plus an additional eight guests) ● Overnight accommodation for two company representatives on 6 October ● Access to full list of attendees via the conference app, delegates to select what information is shared. Access to the conference is not dependent on sharing of details ● Logo to appear on screen throughout the awards night ● Acknowledgement of headline sponsorship in the awards welcome speech ● Recognised as the sponsor of the awards night by the host
