January 5th, 2026 | Beaumont, TX AlbaneseCormier (“AC”), one of the nation’s largest privately held owner and operator of open-air shopping centers, has acquired the 242,000 square foot Shops at Legacy North (the “Property”), a premier lifestyle property located in the rapidly growing North Dallas suburb of Plano, Texas. Situated on 13 acres along the Dallas North Tollway, the Shops at Legacy North is located at the epicenter of the 2,665-acre master- planned Legacy Business Park – a top U.S. mixed-use hub home to a large concentration of Fortune 500 Companies and over 100,000 employees. Surrounded by nearly 8,000 apartment units and 2,500 hotel rooms, the Property draws from a strong demographic base: a five-mile population of 300,000 boasting an average household income of $180,000.
