occupation of the new CAM cen ter ; Office, Mission Home and Re tirement Apartments, a $180,- 000.00 project all paid for, and with ample land for further ex pansion. The Mission is thus bet ter prepared to serve its 230 mis sionaries who labor so faithfully in Central America and Mexico. A goodly number of Biola gradu ates are included in this group. To be next door to the Dallas Bible College is a great benefit. A very recent announcement by public school officials advises that 245 acres across the road from us have been purchased by them for a Junior College soon to be built. Large shopping centers are not too far away. Freeways pass very close. The Mission Council was anx ious that Mrs. Hummel and I be the first residents of the Retire ment Apartments. While we have not expected to come here, the Lord indicated that we should. Our hearts are filled with praise to Him for His mercies. Because of serious heart trouble, I have not been able to render any public service for fifteen yeas, but there has been compensation in prayer, in personal ministry to others, and more recently in seeing God multiply these small things we have dedicated to Him. We have experienced the truth that “ it IS more blessed to give than to re ceive.”
