La Ville de Clarence-Rockland demande un diagnostic complet des égouts avec la technologie de caméra téléobjectif. Ce projet inclura le développement d’une base de données de gestion d’actifs avec l’inventaire complet et les caractéristiques de tous les actifs, la condition, et des recommandations de nettoyage et de CCTV des réseaux d’égouts. La disposition d’un logiciel de gestion d’actifs d’égout devra être compatible avec celui de la Cité. BICYCLES PROHIBITED ON SIDEWALKS TAKE NOTICE THAT pursuant to the municipal By-law Number 2007-01 regulating the traffic and parking within the limits of the City of Clarence-Rockland, it is strictly PROHIBITED to ride a bicycle on a public sidewalk. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR THE INSPECTION AND DIAGNOSIS OF THE WASTEWATER AND CATCH BASIN COLLECTION SYSTEM USING A ZOOM CAMERA The City of Clarence-Rockland is requesting Expression of Interest from qualified Consultants with expertise in the field of inspection and diagnosis of wastewater collection using zoom camera technology. The City of Clarence-Rockland requests a diagnosis of the complete sewer system using zoom camera technology. This project will include the development of an asset management database with complete inventory and characteristics of all sewer assets, condition assessment, cleaning and CCTV recommendations and the provision of a compatible sewer asset management software which will be part of the City’ s overall initiative. Spring Tuneup, RDHS and Woodroffe High School battled to a 15-all finish at the final whistle. The Wildcats went on to blast St. Pius 15-5 and then shut out Lisgar Colle- giate 10-0. “They (Woodroffe) capitalized on mis- takes we made,”Lawford said, regarding the tie match. Overall, Coach Lawford expressed satis- faction with the Wildcats’ performance so far. “Lots of opportunities for improvement,” he said. “But everybody played and every- body got minutes (on field).” Having a big team in terms of player size for a change this season means adjusting the Wildcats basic field strategy. One factor Lawford and the players will be working on is developing stamina and overall condi- tioning. This Friday the Wildcats are at a tourna- ment at Woodroffe. Next week the team hosts the Newfoundland U16 rugby team on tour in Ontario.

ROCKLAND | Rockland’s junior boys are pounding the opposition into the ground on the rugby fields at home and inOttawa. Rockland District High School’s Wildcats junior boys (RDHS) ripped through the oth- er teams in their first two tournaments of the spring season. At home April 24 RDHS clocked three Ottawa clubs with just one team managing to score a try against the Wildcats. “They’re all good rugby schools in the city,” said Coach Andrew Lawford. Ridgemont was the sole successful school to score against RDHS and the Wildcats clocked them 15-5 in the opening game of last Wednesday’s home tournament. The other two teams, Earl of March and Ashbury College, got shut down 25-0 and 10-0. The following Friday at the Earl of March
