DEMANDE AVIS D’INTÉRÊT ARÉNA JEAN-MARC LALONDE La Cité de Clarence-Rockland demande aux soumissionnaires de soumettre un avis d’intérêt pour l’utilisation et le fonctionnement de l’aréna Jean-Marc Lalonde situé à Rockland, Ontario. Cette patinoire a été fermée depuis deux ans en raison de la construction d’un nouvel aréna avec deux glaces. L’installation a été utilisée comme un centre sportif multifonctionnel et évènement depuis 2010. Objectif de la Cité: L’objectif de la Cité de Clarence-Rockland est de conclure une entente de location à long terme avec un secteur privé ou à un opérateur à but non lucratif pour l’utilisation accrue pour l’opération de l’aréna Jean-Marc Lalonde à aucun frais à la Cité. Alternativement, la Cité peut également envisager la vente de l’installation pour atteindre le même objectif. Les personnes intéressées peuvent se procurer les documents d’avis d’intérêt sur le site web www.clarence-rockland.com de la Cité ou en se présentant aux Services communautaires : Note : Une visite des lieux est prévue pour le 9 mai 2013 de 13h à 15h30 à l’aréna Jean-Marc Lalonde au 1450 Avenue du Parc, Rockland, Ontario. REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST JEAN-MARC LALONDE ARENA The City of Clarence-Rockland is requesting proponents to submit an expression of interest (RFEOI) on the use and operation of the Jean-Marc Lalonde Arena situated in Rockland, Ontario. This ice arena has been closed for two years due to the construction of a new twin ice pad arena. The facility has been used as a multipurpose sports and event facility since 2010. City’s Goal: The City of Clarence-Rockland’s goal is to enter into a long term lease agreement with a private sector or a non for profit operator for the expanded use and operation of the Jean-Marc Lalonde arena at no cost to the City. Alternatively, the City may also consider the outright sale of the facility to achieve the same goal.
